Dinosaur Egg; Rarest Salt on Earth

Salt always has been a prime ingredient. People used to work their ass off for it. Seems strange now but it still is a thing. Long live salt, we need it.

Back then people used to work at least one day in the salt mine every month. Their pay was salt. Absolutely was a currency.
Exactly where the term, "Someone isn't worth his salt" came from. We take it for granted, but in the ancient world, salt was extremely valuable.

Cool video, thanks for posting.
We use the Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.

Interesting for sure and thanks for sharing. Daughter and I went through a salt phase. We had like 5-6 fancy ones. One time I created samples of them in water. Weighed them all out equal (some plain old table salt and kosher too) and added them to equal amounts of distilled water. After that we could not tell any of them apart but before we could.

Thanks for the video. Hard working people for sure and they take pride in their trade
