What better to do on a 15 degree day than smoke dinner. Got some spares going now. I never tried the cabbage smoked, only on the grill. My wife had a quarter of a head left from another meal so I threw it in the smoker with some butter, pepper and seasoned salt. Going to leave it in the whole time. The hasselback potatoes will be done in the grill. Not sure what I am doing with the cauliflower yet. I also threw some potatoes in the smoker rubbed with some EVOO and salt and pepper. They will be tomorrows breakfast cut up into hash browns.

but when I tried to smoke it it was a total disaster, I just put it on the grate, and had cabbage all over the place
