Grilled Mediterranean Cobia, Grilled red bell pepper, sauteed sweet potato, side salad and cream of cabbage and shrimp soup. It was excellent! Served with a Vin Soave white wine.

The sweet potato, steamed 8-10 minutes, then sauteed in butter, honey glaze, then finished with Sriracha sauce ...

You know we like our seafood around here and Cobia is about as good as it gets when it comes to fish. Maybe that's why it seems everyone fishes for them and why we have the strict limits.
