Family is either out of town getting the dogs acl repaired or out with girlfriend so it will just be me on sunday. What would you treat yourself to? Not ribs as smoking a few slabs next weekend for my bday. Right now I am thinking a ribeye with crab legs or lobster tail. Maybe shredded brussel sprouts with bacon and jalapeno as side. Open to ideas?

I'd probably throw some chicken wings or a pork chop on the grill, with a side of french fries and either baked beans or oven roasted broccoli!

Rib eye sounds really good to me.
Fussy on crab, but a big skewer of shrimps sounds good, too.
Add a baked tater. My green beans are just coming in to harvest and that would make my meal.

Smoked and reverse seared ribeye, smoked lobster tail, smoked potato and some smoked fire cracker green beans!

Great ideas. Going with the ribeye, baked tater and fire cracker beans if can find a recipe. Debating on the lobster or shrimp. Maybe do lobster and since ribeyes come in a pack of two do steak shrimp kabobs another day. Anyone have a link to good bean recipe?

Edit: i found your recipe when i did a site search @kilo charlie
Thanks
