If memory serves me right, I think they are close to 11x13.. I will have to double check that though and post back if I am wrong. The tops of the racks do flair out so they are probably measuring the top.. ?

The jerky racks are 11x13x1, so I'm going to agree with Jeff that the regular racks are close to that size as well.
