Gonna try this today on the ECB. I do these pizzas at 400 in the oven. I guess the charcoal ECB can manage 400 for 30 minutes. Will add some extra toppings too.. use some hickory chunks.

Bratwurst made pat store I go to. Some onion and garlic.. mushrooms and had 5 leftover burnt ends chunks diced up in the toppings.. [emoji]127866[/emoji]
 
I do pizzas on my UDS.   Turns out good.

Watching this 
 
I only need 30 minutes if I get about 400° the extra toppings will add time. And I cooked out most moisture so it won't get soggy. Got some sharp cheddar too.
 
Dont ever try a veggie pizza.    Trust me.
 
Looks great. Now I need to make one. I just did one in the oven tonight.
