Aldi's had a special on family packs of thighs (10 per pack) Got 2 packs and seasoned one with Mrs Dash Southwestern Chipotle and the other with Mrs Dash Jalapeno. Smoked on the Weber kettle at 400 F for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Now, what do I do with 20 chicken thighs you say. Well I cook ahead for my diet program so most of then are vac packed and frozen to be served at a later date. I will say these are very tasty. They were smoked with charcoal and a nice big chunk of cherry. I apologize for no pics but I was a bit hurried.
