Perfect Jake , and no worries about the forgetting, its all good. I just printed it off. Did you have your smoker set at 375 deg. and thanks about the rotate every 15 minutes and not completely set until cooled.

350 for about an hour. Was mainly just looking for even color. Not sure what smoker you'll be using. I used my pellet smoker and since the firepot is centered it creates a hot spot so I used top rack so bottom of pies wouldn't burn
 
Very good , i'm using Masterbuilt propane MPS 230S. i will put i top third . I have water tray and cast iron pan in bottom to help regulate the heat. On next weeks menu, will let you know the out come . I hope better than my burnt ends yesterday
