Grilled pineapple is one of my favorites too!!!

I had full intentions of wrapping half the pineapple chunks in prosciutto di parma, but got lazy... :icon_redface:  

Now I have to figure out what to use the prosciutto with...

That would have been amazing I'm sure!

Prosciutto is good with a lot of stuff, but my bride loves it in an omelette, and then wrap the omelette in the extra prosciutto.

We enjoy making our meals from scratch. 

The last of the grilled pineapple, on a shortcake with a light drizzle of a homemade caramel sauce and whipped heavy cream for dessert last night.
