Thankyou for all the help. Im sure the casings needed to be soaked longer . They taste fine just a little tuff
In the past when I worked at a market we used a wet brine casing . I guess I under estimated how long it takes to use salted casings. Thanks all of you , all of you are the greatest
 
These have been soaking in the fridge about a month.
