Dang, I Did It Again!

Gee that inspired a trip out to the garage fridge. Christmas of 2020 I cold smoked a 2lb block of sharp cheddar and one of pepper jack. Still there, vac-sealed and looking OK. Reckon it won't hurt a thing to let them sit out there for another year. RAY

Glad for the reminder Ray! As many threads of yours that I’ve read…. I’ve taken many trips out to the freezer my friend! Hope you enjoy that cheese when ya open it… now or in another year… it somehow just gets better and better!

Thanks for the reply and like… will be cut quarters, so yes 8 blocks to each 2 LB brick…. Might try some smaller… just to try…
