All of my crew loves Jerky too. Some of the folks on the special diets claim its a necessity. I been trying to peddle some. So far they buying it quicker than the work force can turn it out. I am currently trying to come out with one 10 lb (raw meat) batch per week. Hope it dont require starting a 2nd shift too keep up with the demand. I give the girl kin a sample occasionally..lol.
