So I picked up this 4 lb Tri-Tip for $5.77 lb. I want to divide it to freeze. I thinking of cutting it like this? I would actual like to cut in 3 pieces if possible? Guess I could just cut some up for Pho like I did last time.

Cut in as many sections you want . Just slice the finish product across the grain .

Man nice score. I’d kill to find it even for 8.99/lb before your sale price!

This is what I ended up with. Three steaks and Pho meat which I started Bean Sprouts yesterday for. I will try sous vide on one. After all that fish and seafood I had to have a Ribeye yesterday. Man those ribeyes I cut from a Rib Roast last year are so good. Not sure will see good sale this year?
