Cutting Loin Ribs

I do it..it won't affect much. I leave the meat on one side of the cut.. bare bone on the other. That way meat doesn't dry out on two ends [emoji]128526[/emoji]lol

It's just a little bit less protected on exposed meat. More bone and fat that touches meat, the better I guess. No biggy

Like the others no problem! I like to cut off a few bones season wrap in bacon more seasoning then cook till the bacon is done.

 
It's really no problem, but I like the center ribs better than the ones on the end.

So if you cut them in half you get 4 ends instead of two.

But if a full rack won't fit in your smoker, you don't have much choice.

The only other option is to stand them on end & coil them around the smoker.
