After being back ordered for almost a month. It came yesterday.
1 1/4"bowl cutter bit. Thing is built heavy duty! Thursday my juice groove guide came. Now I just need to wait for better weather to try them out!

Nice . You'll like that , and probably be your go to for most things .
Mines the 125 CEK . Has the round base , then I bought plunge base for it . I use it for almost everything .
I still use my Ryobi for plunging .

That full size Bosch 1617 I bought . Lol . Can't stand that thing . The damn handles are set to low . Has a weird balance to it , plus you can't reach the switch from the handle , so you have to let go with one hand and reach around the back . That sucks .

Nice buy ,, that's a great price .

Thanks. I'll probably get. Or make. A round plate for it. I'll see when I use it with the juice groove jig.

Nice score Steve great price for a good router

Just do a test run first . I don't think that square base is centered on the chuck .
Clamp a straight edge on a board and make a cut 6 or so inches long . Then rotate to another side and see if it lines up with the first cut . Do all sides so you know .
They sell a clear round base for those . I think they're about 10 bucks .

I don't believe it is centered either. I went ahead. And ordered the plunge base for it. I should be able to use the round lexan base from it for the fixed base I would think. If not. I found one for 10.00 as you mentioned.

Nice . I don't know if they change out or not . Mine ( plunge body ) has a 2 5/8 " X 3 " patten on it .

Something else I bought was the bushing kit .
Bolts to the frame of the router , and has a spring loaded system to hold the bushings in place .
Pretty slick if you're using guide bushings .

I'll just get the plate then. Only 10.00 I've only been using bearings so far. Might give that a go at some point.
What are the benefits of using these over bearings?

It's a different setup from a piloted bit . Use them inside templates , or with a straight edge .
I normally don't use them , but since I bought this set I've got a lot of use from them .

OK, thanks.

For 23.00 I'll buy one.
Yup . You get it at Lowes ? It's all about options and conveineince .
I put that one on the palm router plunge base , then bought an Omni base for the larger Bosch that came with 12 collars . You can also buy other jig attachments for it that just clip on and off .

I just got a couple hundred peices of sand paper in . Been sitting on the work table .
Took a couple hours this morning and got some of it hanging on the board .
The rest stored away for restock .

Currently 8 degrees here , so taking time to burn up a bunch of scrap in the fire place .
Should be nice and toasty by movie time .
