I've recently been thrust into the baking world. for a few years I've been using a digital scale that was a "gift" from an amazon vendor with a purchase. worked very well for hamburger balls and such, but didn't have a Zero or Tare function where you can put a container on the scale and zero it to get exact weights of ingredients. Days are long gone where you just deducted a gram for the baggy (IYKYK)
Anyway got this little scale at Walmart for $9.92.
works great for measuring flour and other ingredients.
link below where it says robot or human

Just be sure to weigh a Nickel every once in a while for a weight check. They should weigh 5g
Go for a newish one without much pocket wear. I use my powder scale (reloading) for cure and such. I have check weights to verify that scale as an overcharge in reloading can blow up chit you don't want blowed up in your face.

I have a Taylor kitchen scale for weighing meat.
