Yup!

It seems like customer service goes down when they have you by the [spheres]. Good, hard-working folks appreciate their customers who in turn feed their business. It's when the [business] no longer needs to satisfy a customer, but just pump out a product, is when the customer service goes out the window. 

I worked retail sales in the lumber dept. of Home Base years ago. I was I was trained, and actually had the willing, to show a customer where something was, inquire about their project and suggest alternatives (like in design, materials, etc.) and make sure they left with what they needed, not necessarily what they intended to buy. Go into a big-box improvement store and ask where something is, you'll get a arm and finger point and an aisle number, taking for granted the idiot you are asking has the first clue as to what you want.. 

Don't get me started on this one... LOL
 
Yep.... Todd's customer service is Aces..... A primo example of how treating customers well, can grow a business....  It does help to have a perfect products that are second to none..... 
 
Todd does a great job.  I have a cold smoke coming up the week of 11/5 (pork butt coming out of cure for BBB) and Todd made sure my new ANMPS got shipped out the same day I ordered it (which was just Tuesday).  I would have no problem recommending A-MAZN products to anyone.

I have ordered a couple of Mavericks from Todd and have been absolutely impressed with the level of service and follow through he puts forth  on each order that I whole heartedly recommend him every chance I get.

Today I ordered an A-MAZE-N-SMOKER. You can bet I’ll be a repeat customer for some time to come.
