Custom built smoker mounted on 2015 tandem axle trailer. Reverse flow smoker with 5+ gallon integrated water pan, 4 slide out shelves. Dual smoke stacks with dampeners, insulated fire box, 4 built in temp gauges. Smoker is capable of cooking 40 pork butts per load. Triple sink for dish washing, hand wash sink, water heater, 30 gallon portable waste tank. Unit is sold with 2 easy up tents and 3 folding tables. This unit is ready for catering!!
