Custom BBQ Trailer

Not gonna lie, I have no business being here as I know NOTHING about BBQ other than I love to eat it.  I acquired this trailer through a trade in my business and have no idea of its true value, hence my purpose here.  What am I looking at as far as low and high values?  I'd really appreciate any help at all.

Nice rig, BBQ rig not a smoker. I see a sink ,does it have holding tanks for fresh and grey water?

the fact that the grill is as stainless tank adds some value. I would check w/ some of the BBQ sites as well.

 If you have papers on the trailer where it can transferred and licensed IMO 6- 7k would be a good starting point.
