Hello!!
Im curious to know what people do when they have no cold room to cure. I just bought my first home, and been wanting to cure meat for couple years now! I have heard of people using old fridges and wine coolers.

Cheers!

To the SMF jogas ! You should have no problem with members jumping in to help you with some cool and creative ideas.

Let's start with some info first to know more about what it is you are wanting to cure first? So guy's like to dry cure over wet cure, just for that very same reason as you, it takes up less room in the fridge.

Post some info up and I am sure you will receive a lot of different ideas to consider.

Electrical isn't that difficult, I would recommend starting out with buying a cheaper less inexpensive Voltmeter over a high dollar one right off the get go, Until you understand what you can and CAN NOT touch correctly in the fuse box with your voltmeter. The cheap meters aren't so bad to have to replace until you get the hang of what's going on.
