Thanks, happened to be near a Cabela's today and picked a Briner up. Now I have an excuse to pick up a pork belly this week!

Hey Duke, thanks for the kind words ! The best way I can describe the taste is a kinda "ham like flavor". It is kinda hard to describe but it is awesome ! I think you'd really like it ! Appreciate the point too !

Nice job Justin. I've never had chicken using Pops brine. Wasn't sure if I really wanted hammy chicken or not. I'm gonna take your word on how delish it is my friend and give it a whirl.
