Sorry for the late reply... I think THEY are confused... They should have known EXACTLY what it was and EXACTLY how much to use.... They are obviously butchers and NOT experienced in curing meat.... That's my opinion...
 
Had the same thoughts as Dave . Not worth getting sick or worse . " Don't have the package anymore " me either , I can still tell you what I used and how much .
