Cured and Smoked Ham Hocks?

Cured in pop's low salt brine for a week. Smoked at 225 with tube until 165. In the past I have done them to 145 but they did not get tender like the store bought in a pot of beans so decided to try 165 this time. Friend gave me some Colorado Pinto Beans. Some of these should make a good pot of beans.
