What is a good cure for jerky? Can you just get it at Wally World ?

I've not seen any cures at Wally's World. Check places like Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop and the likes. You can even use the search bar here at SMF and type in jerky cures~ a lot of returns will come up.

High Mountain Seasonings produces a nice cure/seasoning , I have had good results with there products.

If you are interested in a simple cure, try 50% Maple Sugar 50% pink salt. This eliminates nitrites/nitrates that may be part of commercial cures
