Just returned from a week in Cuba. I passed on the local charcuterie...

I may have had to try it, at least the cured products. It appears you aren't Canadian, did you fly through Canada with a blank paper in your passport?

Nope. We can fly direct from the US now. Several daily flights from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Tampa.

I'll be dang, didn't realize that. It's on my bucket list. All my Canadian friends have been many times.

Canadians are by far the largest group of visitors. Like going back to Soviet times. Ration cards, fuel lines for miles.
 
Cool. Interesting how other countries make dried meats.

Now

I have had a few cuban cigars but I like the Dominicans better.
