Hi!
this year for father's day i made my dad a country style rib meal. WE had Csr's Italian mac salad, banana pudding, baked potato, and red velvet cake. Here is me doing the CSR's...
Trimmed and cut in half. Applied a wild cherry rub from Butcher BBQ and let sit overnight.
Put them on the smoker on a grill top screen to make them easier to move and transport from the kitchen. (small chuckie on the left
This is the entire smoke with the chuckie and the chicken (another thread)
this is the CSR's after 2.5 hours at 300 degrees. time to add the sauce (candy apple red)
All done after 3 hours of smoke at 300 degrees. IT of around 195 and sticky sauce to boot!
Tender, juicy, sweet, and stick to your ribs! Some of the best CSR's i have ever done!
Dad loved them and so did Mom and my wife! they were gone quick!
thanks for looking and commenting!
Happy Smoking,
