Smoking some CSRs and some CKN quaters tomorrow before the game. Any suggestions on timing, putting on at the same time? Thanks in advance

The ribs you could do 3-2-1 and the chicken quarters should only take about 3-4 hours so I'd put the ribs on first then add the chicken later. You can always foil, towel and dry cooler things as they come off till your ready to eat
