what is the best way to crumble fatties? i smoked two last night- one i sliced this morning for sauasage sammies. the other i want to crumble to put in gravy. any tips?
Depends on how fine I want the crumbles. For gravy, I use my fingers. For egg rolls, I cut a couple of chunks and throw in my food processor and bump the momentary side of the switch until it's pretty fine. I think they crumble easier when warm.
