No idea how I missed this thread OMG! Looks FANTASTIC!

Heads up, I am slowly building a meatball formula to run that sweet and sour thing you do. Goal is to get it close to tasting like filing for a dumpling and I am pretty dang close.

It was a great meal, and really like doing pork this way when I have left overs ( or fresh also )
