Cracked grate

Has anybody experienced cracked grates and interior components of the EGG? I have had this happen twice. What can I do to prevent this?

I know its been awhile, are you talking about the fire box?

Talk to the dealer you bought it from. Unless they have changed their policy, all warranty claims go through the dealer with the BGE.
