I was all excited about cooking some steaks tonight. I filled a chimney full of Cowboy and when I dumped in the grill, I noticed a unusally large piece of word. I pulled it out and I have no idea what it is, but I know it is not wood. I have been looking at it for a couple hours now and still can not figure it out. I have used cowboy for the last several years but now I am wondering what I was actually cooking with. Anyone using Cowboy should seriously consider changing.

Dried out Possum maybe?

Cowboy, not a big fan, too bad HD doesnt get rid of that stuff and stock some real lump.

Yep, Tried cowboy once, found a big chunk of green (wolmanized) plywood in the bag. whole thing went in the trash. Nasty stuff. Apparently our law makers are too high class for real BBQ or this stuff would have purity restrictions.

Have a half of a bag left. No problems but will be very careful in the rest of the bag. Sam's lump is next any comments...

I have not had a chance to take the pictures. I will do it this week and post.

I think we have a winner. That is what it looks like. Unreal.
