Trying to finish my smoker before my wedding 2 weeks from today and can't find any metal to cover my smoker up and was wanting to know is there anything else I could use? I've seen some people use plywood, the metal barn siding, galvanized drip pan trays etc etc etc....Just looking for something for right now so I can fire it up one good time before I do 8 butts and a brisket. Thanks in advance for any input given.

Yes.. that will work.... I did the same thing.... I made a wooden frame of 1x4 and screwed the metal to it... The metal did not overhang the wood frame because the sharp edges of the metal could be a problem if someone walked into it...
