Couple of Turkey Breasts /Q view

So pulled a turkey from the freezer and thawed it out, cut it up gave the other parts to a friend and kept the breasts.
Thought I’d keep it simple so brined them then rubbed one up with olive oil and rub. Put honey and rub on the 2nd one and then put a bacon weave on both and now into the smoker.

Turned them and inserted probes after 2 hours sitting at about 140

Should be Nice and juicy all wrapped up.

Looks incredible so far. Were you able to buy the breast split like that or buy whole bird and split it yourself?

Pulled at 163 about 3&1/2 hours at 225
Wrapped will cut it shortly

Looks fantastic! I’ve used the bacon wrap on fatties but never on breast. I’d have not thought of that , great idea! I’ll try this in a couple weeks.

Thanks, I’ve used the weaves on fatties too
I’m not a big fan of the skin so I figured it might help protect it
