Cooked these for the 1st Pot Luck BBQ in a year!
1-19# and 1-18.2# pork shoulder rubbed. Ran in my LSG cabinet at 220F with hickory and cherry chunks for 16hours.

I think they were ready to come out at 190F

The pan was absolutely full. This is what I came home with after about 20 people had their way with the pan (about 1/2 was left)

Looks great and love the shot of the meat falling off the bone. I usually forget to get that shot.
