@smokin peachey Can you do this in just 5 gallon food grade plastic buckets?
I would stay away from plastic. The shredder might chip off pieces of the plastic and you don’t want that in the meat. Check a local farm supply store for a stainless bucket. @jcam222 if you don’t have a local store that sells such things let me know and I’ll try to get you one.
