I ran at 225 for most of the cook and probably took 4 or 5 hours. I usually dont go much on time as much as i do temp and prob tender. And that's on my top rack. Wood, I mixed post oak and peach wood, mostly cause I love peach wood with pork. I pulled and went to the grill just to get a bit of char on em. Cut, Then did all the butter and what not, covered em in foil and did about 30min in the oven at 300. Then gave em a nice toss to mix. And wallahThose look fantastic! What was your time and temp and smoke setup for the cook?
Exactly, the whole thing was pretty easy, for not having a plan. I just kinda ran with it and it worked outLooks fantastic! Nice and easy to cut them from the already trimmed butt too
