Smoked up a rack of Country style ribs which for some reason are called Texas roast in this part of Canada.
Put them in the MES for 4 hrs at 240F. I pushed the temp up at the end as the wind was pulling the temps down.
END RESULT: Tasty, tender pork.
Baked potatoes as well. Glad we found out how to do that as well. THey go in for same time as the ribs.
Had some bbq sauce from last week that added an extra bit of flavour.

Fine looking plate of food right there. It's about time for me to throw some nice pork ribs on the smoker. After seeing this, it'l be pretty soon I'm sure :emoji_wink:
