I did my first country style ribs today, they look great. They are resting momentarily before I go to eating on them

Before

Other needed smoke

Been a while since I have done them. They look good. Nice cigar, what kind is it ?? Nothing better than tending the smoker while having a smoke.

Damn good looking ribs. They are great in the smoker. I love them in the smoker.

Good looking smoke Fla-G. If everything tasted as good as it looks you had a mighty fine meal.

Seems like everybody on here has a kodak camera.
They look good. Did you wrap them or leave them out the whole smoke?

They are one of my favorite cooks, but I call 'em pork chunks as I just can't bring myself to call them ribs knowing that they are actually a sliced up shoulder.

Part of the reason I usually grill them instead, but meowy's got a post on here where he did a 3-2-1 with them and we tried that. Came out very good and moist. I have another family pack in the freezer, but today is smoked chuck roast day.

I have been thinking about some beef, can you share your technique for Chuck Roast?
