Costco had cheap turkeys so bought a few and smoked one today

my local Costco had a deal on Tom turkeys yesterday .99 a lb and then 15.00 off. picked up a few averaged about 22lbs for 6.75 each.
So had to smoke one today.

No brine, butter, garlic, under the skin and rub on exterior.
300 for 5 hours wraped for 1 1/2 hours

Yeah kinda burned out on turkey as well but for the price kinda hard to pass up.
Thinking of buying a couple of more and breasting them and vacuum seal and freeze for later. 21lb for 6.00 so 3.00 a breast it’s hard to go wrong.
