I did a little Cornish gamehen this morning... Thanks to everyone who helped me with getting the smoker going and keeping the tubes going in the mailbox I greatly appreciate it.I double smoked some sausage last night that went well the tubes are working great with whatever I use in them thanks!!!

I didn't do the cheese ball but made a dip same concept... cream cheese, pecans,and sharp cheddar cheese.. I've made it with pheasant before..I actually think Cabela's has the recipe

Nice baby chicken you got going there! Looks tasty to me and I generally don't care for the little uns.
 
Nice looking bird. Love them little buggers. Used to be a lot cheaper, nobody ever bought them. Now just about sold out all the time.
 
I've got them marked probably will do the first one..If I do a day ahead of eating what is the best reheating process
