I was looking at the cheaper beefs to get started with in case I screw things up.  I see corned beef is around $3.50 / lb.  Is this any good smoked.  I found some threads and the results looked good.  I was just curious if it easy to do for a new guy.  Thanks.

If you buy a store bought corned beef, you should soak it to remove the salt before smoking it.

Ok thanks.  Yeah I see they have some London broil too for like $3.50 / lb.  Perhaps I will give that a shot.  TY.
