Meat Mopper
Yesterday we got rained out at work so I decided to try something a little different. I thought I was inventing something new while doing it but now I see this thread and realize I'm a year late. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/169285/my-first-fattie-chicken-cordon-bleu-fattie/0_100 I forgot to take pictures but this was AMAZING. For sure something to do again. I did add dijon mustard and spinach which was a great addition. Next time I'll double or triple my cheese amount.
