Ok, I appologize for posting one of those questions that is most likely asked over and over again.... But I'll doit anyway...

I swear I had found on here somewhere a sort of chart that showed approximate cooking times for different types of meats. And I was sure I had saved a copy for easy reference.

For the life of me I can not find it now. Not on my computer, or when running a search here. Anyone know what I am talking about, or can share a link? Thanks!

I would love the chart again in general, but today was specifically looking for it for the pork tenderloin I am putting on.

Thanks again.

Similar.... I swear there was something I foundon here though. MAybe I dreamed it....

That chart shows pork tenderloin at 30 min at 425 degrees.... Even with the temp lower around 250 or so, I would ahve thought at least a few hours on the smoker?

Interesting chart. I gotta say though if you follow their finish temp recommendations on brisket (145°), or pork roast (160° to 170°) you better have some strong jaws or a lot of time on your hands.
