Discussion in 'Beef' started by stumps rumps, Oct 8, 2013.

  1. Hi everyone thanks to everyone that helped me with the chicken I did a few weeks ago . It turned out great . I'm doing a family get to gather sat and I'm doing brisket . I have done one before and turned out good with injection and a rub but I was wondering about a brine . Any help would be very much appreciated

I would think that the injection and rub would be enough. Just have to play with it and see what you like.
