Headed for the grocery.....first fatties today in the MES.
Planning on onion and pell pepper, along with the cheese. If going to internal temp of 165, do I need to cook the vegetables any before putting them in the fattie?
I cook them first because they take up less room once they've been cooked down. Specifically with onions. You get the onions caramelized which adds so much more flavor.
