Well after reading a lot of posts here I see a few cook books that are recommended. To help ease the pain on whether you want to purchase a book you can use your local library as well. When I see a cook book I go to my local library and requests they get it. Most librarys have a sharing program set with other librarys. It may take a couple of days but I have been able to get BBQ book I wanted to look at before purchasing. If I only needed a couple of recipes I copied and took the book back. So give it try and save some money for more foods to smoke. Hope this will help someone and some good reading.

I find the best reading is on this site
