Considering Smaller Meat Grinder

First use of the new #8 LEM Big Bite and very happy. Both coarse and fine grind went very well.
Don’t forget to lube the back end shaft of the auger with food grade lube or straight Crisco shortening. This is the part of the auger that rides in the nylon bushing at the back end. Steel on nylon can crest a lot of heat so lube will stop that.
 
I really like my Lem #8 grinder, it's all I need, and it works great.
The only thing you might want to add is the foot peddle, on off. I got mine on Amazon, I'll look up the brand, and put a link here.
It works great when nobody is around to help, when your hands are covered in meat, and fat.
