I figured it was time to move on from my Kitchenaid grinder attachment and get a real grinder. I was about to jump on a LEM #8 but this one kept catching my eye.

The STX Turboforce II came with 3 blades and 6 cutting disks. The biggest complaint I see is not getting enough cutting disks. It came with other stuff I don't necessarily need but it was added on in the kit. It is also a #12 2000W and was $20 cheaper.

The Cutting disks and blades are much larger than the KA attachment as well as the auger assembly. I like the robust hex socket at the end of the auger.

I ran 7 Lb of meat thru it today and it didn't bog down a bit. The motor even on low is a high revving and high pitched motor. That might be a turnoff for some. When I was done there was hardly anything left in the auger. So far I am happy with the purchase.
