Connecticut Barbecue is not necessarily a contradiction

Hello, Jutsy here from New Haven, CT.  My Brinkmann big boy and I are trying to dispel the notion that Yankees can't BBQ.  Looking forward to learning as much as I can from my fellow smokers.

Of course we can BBQ. Don't let anyone tell you differently. I will give the south credit for paving the way and teaching us a few things.
