Does anyone know of commercial sources for pre cut uncooked jerky meat?
Thanks,
Joe

Do you have any Latino or Asian grocery stores nearby? The Latino markets will have a variety of thin cut steaks for carne asada, which is lean enough for great jerky. The selection at the Asian markets include some fattier cuts like ribeye or this pork shoulder for Shabu Shabu, but they have leaner cuts that work for jerky too.

I find the price increase for meat sliced like this is usually a no deal for me. A decent meat slicer will pay for itself over time.
